We're committed to making you happy. Each Product is hand-checked by a member of RUSSELL TAYLORS before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best!

All Warranty services will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by the team to confirm whether they meet our warranty-eligible criteria. Product Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

If you discover a fault with the product you have received, please take videos and pictures of the defect. This applies to any products shipped with defects in material and craftsmanship. Please contact us at support@russelltaylors.com to approve a return.

We reserve the right to deny a refund to the sender without prior return approval. To return your product for a refund, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping cost is not refundable by any conditions. Therefore, the customer is advised to take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services while returning the package.

Any returned items must be in their original condition and accessories that come in the original package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please allow for a period of up to 14 working days for us to process the refund.
